The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Technical Documentation Administrator to join our clients growing Cataloguing Department which produces and updates IPCs and related documentation for a variety of Maritime systems and equipment.
The role is primarily based at the Stonehouse office, with occasional working from home.
There will also be occasional customer site visits.
Working as a part of the Cataloguing Department you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation in accordance with standards and specifications relevant to customer requirements.
Essential requirements:
? Capability to evaluate and appraise source technical information.
? A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as good keyboard skills.
? Excellent verbal and written skills.
? Excellent attention to detail.
? Ability to work as an effective team member.
? Drive and enthusiasm to achieve customer quality criteria.
Desirable requirements:
? Experience of liaising with customers and information suppliers as appropriate.
? Current SC clearance.
Successful candidates will require appropriate security checks and vetting.
