We are partnering with an exciting and highly successful international hospitality brand as they prepare for significant expansion across the United States.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. While the title is Senior Director, this is very much a VP-level role with responsibility for helping build, scale, and lead the U.S. operation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground-floor stage of its U.S. growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in everything from pre-opening strategy and development meetings to recruiting leadership teams, launching venues, building operational infrastructure, and supporting future expansion.

We're looking for a proven hospitality leader from top restaurant groups, luxury hospitality brands, or acclaimed fine dining operators who understands both the strategic and hands-on side of growing a business.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading operational strategy and execution for U.S. expansionOverseeing multiple openings from site development through launch and stabilizationBuilding operational systems, standards, and best practicesPartnering with ownership, culinary leadership, development, and design teamsRecruiting, mentoring, and developing senior leadership teamsDriving guest experience, service standards, and operational excellenceManaging budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and overall business performanceCreating scalable systems to support aggressive growth plansHelping shape the long-term vision and culture of the brand in North America

What We're Looking For

Senior multi-unit leadership experience within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or highly regarded restaurant groupsProven experience opening new locations from start to finishStrong understanding of both operational and commercial performanceExperience leading large teams and developing future leadersHighly hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar P&LsPassion for hospitality, people development, and building great businesses
