Business Support Coordinator

As Business Support Coordinator you will be joining a small and dedicated team.

The role is full time and permanent, based on site in Banbury.

The manufacturing company are leaders in their field and are going through a period of growth and expansion.

The starting salary is up to £22,000 and there is training, progression and development.
Purpose of the role:
To support in the delivery of and administration of planned events such as exhibitions, customer visits, meetings, reception duties and social events.
Key Accountabilities of the Business Support Coordinator:

Organise and coordinate visitor (UK and overseas) activities and itineraries including flights, hotel bookings, meal arrangements, car hire, ad hoc requests
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the reception area
First point of contact for visitors
Welcoming visitors and organising sign in H&S etc
General administration
Coordinate and booking of event rooms
Liaising with meeting hosts for meeting/event requirements
Procure hospitality for any events
Set up media IT for events

Key Skills Required for the Business Support Coordinator:

Strong customer service skills, front of house would be an advantage
Organised with excellent administrations skills
A practical approach to problem solving
Adaptable in a changing environment
Confident communicator with a personable approach
Driving licence
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
