Duty Operations Assistant Apprentice

Be the friendly face of our community centres, providing a welcoming front-of-house reception service Support residents, community groups and partners by signposting services and helping activities run smoothly Assist with room bookings, payments, invoices and purchase orders using internal systems Help prepare spaces by setting up and clearing down rooms for activities and events Carry out routine health & safety checks, including fire alarms and building inspections Support the smooth day-to-day running of centres, ensuring spaces are clean, safe and well maintained Respond to enquiries via phone and email, delivering excellent, professional customer service Work with colleagues to coordinate activities, manage diaries and keep records accurate and up to date Assist with reporting, data collection and tracking performance (KPIs) Get involved in community projects, local initiatives and event

Training Outcome:

A permanent role within facilities services.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and 3.00pm - 11.00pm. Saturday to Sunday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (shifts).
