What You’ll Do
Managing inbound enquiries and ensuring they’re handled promptly and professionally Processing repeat orders quickly and accurately, keeping customers informed throughout Responding to customer queries across email, phone, and social media in a friendly, efficient manner Supporting the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and general administrative tasks Supporting the warehouse team with delivering in purchase orders, generating despatch notes, commercial invoices and general administrative tasks Coordinating internally to make sure customer requests are fulfilled without delays Flagging customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and service As part of a small team your training will include both sales and warehouse admin/skills to help gain a full understanding of how the business operatesTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:
Full time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
