Construction Management L4 Apprenticeship

Assist with the day-to-day running of construction sites and live development projects Support Site Managers and the wider construction team with project coordination Monitor health and safety compliance and encourage safe working practices on site Liaise with contractors, suppliers and subcontractors regarding site activities Help monitor project progress against programme timelines and report updates Assist with quality inspections and ensure works are completed to required standards Support with site records, documentation and reporting Attend site meetings and contribute to project discussions Assist with planning, logistics and organisation of site operations Support the team with tracking costs and project budgets where required

Training:

The apprentice will complete a combination of on-the-job training at our Exeter office and structured learning with Exeter College. Training will take place in the workplace and at college on a day-release basis, typically one day per week.
