Administration Assistant Apprentice

The general administration duties within this role may include:

Receiving and managing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Handling incoming and outgoing emails promptly and courteously Organising and maintaining files to ensure smooth operations Photocopying in a timely manner Efficiently inputting data to support organisational needs Any other general admin duties and ad-hoc duties as defined by management. Basic administrative duties and to assist the Rota Coordinator for the effective coordination, booking, and management of locum pharmacists. This role involves liaising with external companies and locums.
