Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship - Doggy Daycare Burton-On-Trent

Meet and greet customers Deal with customer enquiries  Answer phones  Sign dogs in and out Care for and supervise dogs throughout the day  Play with dogs Keep play areas clean and tidy  Assist with the deep cleaning of the unit twice per week Shadow vet once per week to learn new skills Feed dogs  Administer light medications (fully supervised) 

Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 20% off-the-job training  End point assessment  Maths and English functional skills if required  Dedicated skills coach who will attend the site to asses the apprentice.

Training Outcome:

A full-time position is available upon successful completion of apprenticeship and probationary period.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Times to be confirmed.
