Apprentice Manufacturing Engineer

Support initiatives of New Product Introduction (NPI) receiving from Engineering and translating into Operations (processes, equipment, assembly routings, supporting documentation) Continually maintain existing production processes to ensure on time output and full optimisation. Benchmark and quantify mechanical, electrical and electromechanical processes to monitor improvements and help in delivering business cases for capital expenditure Actively research new manufacturing technologies and processes techniques Champion and manage change and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing teams Use lean and other improvement techniques to enhance and error proof existing processes Embrace collaborative working across multiple other teams within the organisational

Training:
Working in our manufacturing assembly facility with day release to college

Working Hours :
