Apprentice Teaching Assistant
Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation
Assisting pupils with learning, reading, writing, and classroom tasks
Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and social development
Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed
Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom organisation, displays, and educational resources
Supporting children during activities, playtime, and school events
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Following safeguarding and school policies at all times
Eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute positively to the school team
Training Outcome:
The possibility of a permanent post upon successful completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:15, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break. This role is term time only, 30 hours per week.
