Customer Service Apprentice
As part of the apprenticeship, you will support the Customer Service team with a variety of administrative, customs and operational activities, helping to ensure customer deliveries run smoothly from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the management of transport orders from customer request through to delivery Building positive relationships with customers and internal departments through professional communication Assisting with customs administration and ensuring documentation is accurate and completed on time Inputting and maintaining accurate customer, operational and financial records within internal systems Liaising with Operations, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams to support smooth service delivery Assisting with problem solving, customer queries and service issues Supporting KPI reporting, operational updates and customer information Learning how service performance, transport planning and customer expectations are managed Developing an understanding of logistics processes, customer requirements and commercial impacts Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experienceThroughout the apprenticeship, you’ll gain a strong understanding of how our Customer Service and Operations teams work together to deliver innovative logistics solutions and excellent customer service.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm with one hour for lunch.
