Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

Participate fully in the Level 3 apprenticeship programme and complete all coursework, assignments, and training requirements Support the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years Observe, assess, and support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework Support children with play, creative activities, routines, and outdoor learning Learn how to support children with SEND and EAL needs Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety Participate in team meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities Undertake nursery domestic duties where required Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude towards learning Support children’s learning and development Create engaging and stimulating play opportunities Promote children’s wellbeing and safeguarding Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Develop professional childcare knowledge and practical skills

Training:

You will attend Barking & Dagenham College for 1 day a week.
