Apprentice Services Administrator
Your daily tasks will include:
Processing orders which come through via email. Communicating with customers, over the phone, by email & in person. Following up on quotations Updating logs Recording meeting minutes. Running reports. Processing sales orders. General administration duties.Training Outcome:
Following completion of the apprenticeship, the individual would typically move into a Customer Service or Administration role.
