Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

Liaise with Quantity Surveyor regarding commercial aspects of contracts Ensure contracts are executed prior to implementation Provision of sub-contract documentation to sub-contractors Submission of valuations to clients Certification of sub-contractor interim valuation Approval of supplier invoices Assist Quantity Surveyor in preparation of commercial reporting information Comply with all QTS company policies and procedures

Training Outcome:

This is a degree apprenticeship for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor that leads to a QS role within QTS and RICS Chartership. Qualification required for entry can be A levels or BTEC or HNC? HND Quantity Surveying to meet the requirements of the University.

Working Hours :
Usually Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm but some weekend or evening work may be required to respond to emergencies.
