Childcare Apprenticeship - Henley-On-Thames

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will become part of a supportive and experienced childcare team dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for young children. You will gain valuable practical experience across all aspects of nursery life, supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, play-based learning and positive interactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and confidence while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.

Day-Day Responsibilities:

Support the learning, development and care of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Take responsibility for key children, supporting their individual learning and development needs. Complete regular observations and contribute to children's learning records. Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Assist with creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Support children's personal care routines while promoting independence. Contribute new ideas and activities to enhance children's learning experiences. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times. Work as part of the nursery team to provide high-quality childcare and education.

Training Outcome:

There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
