Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship offers an excellent foundation for a long-term career in grounds maintenance and estate services. On successful completion of the programme, there may be opportunities to progress into a seasonal or permanent gardener role, depending on performance and availability of vacancies at the time of completion.

You will develop valuable practical skills and industry knowledge, including plant care, grounds maintenance, health and safety compliance, and the use of specialist equipment. These skills can lead to further development opportunities(subject to availability) such as:

Progression into a skilled gardener Opportunities to specialise in areas such as horticulture, landscaping, or tree management Further training and qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Horticulture or other accredited courses) Potential to move into team leadership or supervisory roles over time(subject to availability)

08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Thursday. 08:00 - 15:30, Friday.
