Apprentice Carpenter & Joiner
Assist with the construction of exhibition stands, staging, scenic elements, and bespoke event builds.
Learn to interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Support workshop preparation, including material handling and stock organisation.
Assist with on-site installations and breakdowns at venues across the UK when required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with workshop, production, and project teams.
Develop knowledge of different materials including timber, MDF, laminates, and exhibition systems.
Training:
The training follows a blended learning model, delivered primarily on-the-job during working hours. A structured learning and assessment plan ensures progress is regularly evaluated throughout the course with quarterly two-day practical sessions at Worcester Training Academy.
