Joinery Apprentice

Assisting in the manufacture of bespoke joinery products, including doors, windows, staircases, and fitted furniture Learning how to safely use woodworking tools, machinery, and equipment components Supporting experienced joiners with the production of specialist joinery projects Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Preparing materials for production and assembly. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Following health and safety procedures at all times Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Learning about different timber products, including Accoya wood and its benefits Assisting with finishing, sanding, and preparing products for delivery Working collaboratively with colleagues across the workshop. Attending apprenticeship training and completing all required coursework

Training:

As a Joinery Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced craftspeople, developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to become a skilled joiner.

You will gain hands-on experience manufacturing bespoke timber products using a variety of tools, machinery, and techniques while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

7.30 to 4pm Monday – Thursday 7.30 to 3pm Friday
