About the role:
Key duties include:
Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision) Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer serviceWhat we’re looking for:
A genuine interest in healthcare and working with people Strong communication and customer service skills Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, punctual and professional Basic IT skillsNo previous pharmacy experience is required full training is provided.
