ICT Apprentice
Provide first-line IT support to staff and assist with resolving basic technical issues
Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and software
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating when necessary
Assist with installing updates, patches, and antivirus software
Support the maintenance of IT systems, networks, and cloud services
Log, track, and update helpdesk tickets accurately and promptly
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
