Talent Acquisition Apprentice
The Talent Acquisition Apprentice - Early Careers provides operational and coordination support across Early Years activity, helping to deliver engaging, inclusive and well organised programmes that support future talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery of Early Years hiring campaigns, including internships, apprenticeships, work experience and outreach initiatives Assist with the coordination of activity and outreach events that help widen access to career opportunities Support relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training providers and community organisations Help coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment programme and programme journey, ensuring a professional and engaging experience Assisting with scheduling interviews, assessment activity and Early Careers events Support the preparation and organisation of assessment centres and selection processes Help maintain accurate recruitment and candidate information within Talent Acquisition systems Support recruitment marketing activity, including job postings, campaign coordination and attraction materials Assist with reporting, trackers and administration related to Early Careers activity Work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to support hiring activity and programme delivery Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming candidate experience through strong organisation and communication Build knowledge of Early Carees recruitment, outreach, inclusive hiring and Talent Acquisition best practice through on the job learning and apprenticeship development Take an active role in learning opportunities, building capability and confidence across Early Careers and Talent AcquisitionTraining:
You will achieve the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship standard.
There are online workshops you will need to attend.
You will have a mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning.
In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
Training Outcome:
There will be opportunities for further development and career advancement for the right candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
