Accounting Finance Manager Apprentice

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances Assist with year-end accounts and audit preparation Support payroll, expenses and accounts payable/receivable processes where required Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and company policies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support cash flow monitoring and financial performance reporting Work with budget holders and operational managers to provide financial guidance. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Use finance systems and reporting tools effectively Complete apprenticeship learning, assignments and assessments within required timescales
