Customer Service Apprenticeship - Nottingham

Start your career with Pickfords as an Apprentice Move Manager. Gain valuable customer service and administration experience while working towards a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship with a leading national removals and storage company.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will provide full training and support, helping you build the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in customer service and operations.

Day-Day Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their moving journey.Communicate with customers by telephone, email and other business channels.Support customers with enquiries and provide accurate information about services.Update and maintain customer records and documentation using company systems.Assist with booking and coordinating removals and storage services.Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.Process administrative tasks accurately and within agreed timescales.Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.Participate in team meetings, training sessions and apprenticeship learning activities.Follow company policies, procedures and customer service standards.

Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
