Working Hours of the Facilities Administrator :
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm /Friday 8am to 1pm. 37 hours Working Week.In return, the successful Facilities Administrator will receive :
Salary £27k - £30k per annum. Overtime paid at 1/3 Midweek/ ½ Saturday /Double Sunday. Yearly Pay Reviews. Permanent opportunity from Day 1. Ongoing development and training.Ideally, the successful Facilities Administrator will have :
Strong organisational and administrative skills. Understanding of building systems/maintenance processes. Knowledge of Audit processes. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Competent with facilities management systems.
