Salary: Upto £24,869 PA + yearly bonus

The Role:

An exciting opportunity to become the Deputy Room Leader in a baby room.

Responsibilities:

? You will assist the Room Leader in leading a team of 7 staff practitioners of various qualifications, with the responsibility of coaching/mentoring and improving practice.
? You will co-manage the daily running of the classroom, plus have overall responsibility in the absence of the Room Leader.
? You will oversee your team of practitioners in all aspects of their role, from daily interactions to assessing their key children's online learning journals.


Candidate must have:

? Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years recognised by Gov/OFSTED guidelines
? Experience of Leading a team in an early years' environment
? Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
? Understanding of a play-based approach to children's learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
