They are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their thriving team, executing the marketing plan through internal and external projects and bringing key experience in strategic planning.
What you will be doing You will be leading from the front, overseeing the Marketing team and playing a key role in the development of marketing strategy, utilising campaigns to build customer engagement and execute your proposals.
From the get-go, you will be working collaboratively with management teams across the business to develop and pitch plans for the corporate identity of the business.You will be conducting research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors to underpin your strategies, utilising both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Establishing key metrics, you will be continuously assessing progress and the performance of campaigns against benchmarks to ensure that key goals are achieved.From briefing team members, to resource planning, this is a diverse and dynamic role which will include international travel and a by-product of inherent career satisfaction as you reach new heights through your strategizing.

The ideal candidate Ideally, you will have a good understanding of SEO, a degree or equivalent experience and a history of completing creative projects and web development projects and you will be an organized and skilled planner.
