Business Administrator Apprentice - Estate Agency (Sales and Lettings Support)
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
Assist property managers with day-to-day administration
Support and attend property viewings where required
Prepare, update, and file property-related paperwork
Update internal systems and property listings accurately
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Support the lettings, sales, and property management teams
Provide general office and administrative support
Training:
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Business Administration

Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch break)
Alternate Saturdays 10am - 2pm (time taken in lieu)
