Cyber Security Level 6 Apprentice

Your job duties will include:

Support day-to-day incident resolution and service requests on the Service Desk, developing troubleshooting and communication skills. Assist with infrastructure and cloud platform tasks, learning how secure environments are built, maintained, and monitored. Work within the Professional Services team on project-based work, contributing to solution design, implementation, and documentation of secure systems. Within the Security Operations Centre (SOC), the apprentice will assist in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, helping to protect client environments in real time. Working alongside the Risk and Assurance team, gaining insight into how secure systems are assessed, documented, and maintained to meet compliance standards and mitigate operational risks.

Training Outcome:

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
