Business Administrator Apprentice

At Eazycomm will support daily operations while building key skills in communication, organisation, and digital tools. Your responsibilities will include liaising with suppliers, assisting with purchasing processes, and maintaining effective communication both internally and externally. You will also gain exposure to business systems by working with various platforms and online portals, as well as supporting basic programming-related tasks where required.

In addition, the role involves contributing to the company’s online presence through social media content creation, giving you the chance to develop creative and marketing skills alongside your administrative experience.

This is a varied and dynamic position that provides a strong foundation for a future career in business administration.

Duties to include:

Communicating with suppliers Assisting with purchasing and processing orders Maintaining and updating records, databases, and documentation Using company platforms and online portals to manage information Supporting day-to-day administrative operations Handling internal and external communications Creating and uploading content for social media platforms

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard End Point Assessment (EPA) Regular training and development sessions to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.
