Key Responsibilities

Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs and preferences Assisting with daily living activities and encouraging independence Supporting service users to access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities Promoting choice, dignity, inclusion, and equality at all times Assisting with personal care where required Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support planning Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults in accordance with policies and procedures
