Location: London

Salary: £100,000 - £125,000 + Bonus

The business is entering its next chapter following a significant period of change and investment. The foundations are in place, the estate is profitable, the leadership team is evolving, and there is genuine appetite to grow. What is needed now is an operational leader who can help shape what comes next.

This is a great opportunity to join a sizeable hospitality business at a pivotal point in its journey. You'll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, helping to create the operating model, people strategy and structure that will support future growth.

The Role:

Lead and develop a team of experienced multi-site operatorsBuild an operational framework that delivers consistency without losing personalityCreate clear standards across service, labour, productivity and guest experienceDrive continuous improvement across people, process and performancePartner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term business strategyEnsure people remain at the heart of every operational decisionChallenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiencySupport the evolution of systems, technology and ways of workingHelp create a platform that gives the business confidence to grow

The Person:

Currently operating at Operations Director OR Head of Operations of a 30+ estateExperienced leading multi-site hospitality businessesCommercially astute with a strong understanding of people, performance and profitabilityStrategic enough to shape direction, but practical enough to executeNaturally collaborative and comfortable working alongside senior stakeholdersCurious, analytical and always looking for ways to improveCalm, measured and credibleHigh-performing without the ego
