Social Care Worker - Kilkenny
We are seeking passionate, motivated, and experienced Relief Social Care Workers to join our growing agency panel. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of residential, respite, and community-based services while enjoying the flexibility of agency work.
As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence, develop life skills, and participate fully in their communities through the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support.
Essential Requirements
Level 7 Degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Care Practice, or an equivalent qualification recognised in IrelandCORU registration, eligibility for registration, or registration in progressMinimum 1 years’ experience working within Intellectual Disability, residential, or social care servicesExperience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge and complex needsStrong understanding of person-centred practice and safeguarding principlesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull clean driving licence and access to your own vehicleEligibility to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available)What We Offer
