Fabricator Welder Apprentice

We are looking to recruit a welding and fabrication apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a "can do" attitude looking to join a successful, progressive company who is a leading manufacturer of buckets, quick couplers, and other earth-moving attachments.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team and have a flexible, logical, and analytical approach to problem-solving.

You will learn:

MIG welding Fabrication Use of handheld plasma cutting and oxy/propane cutting and gouging How to read engineering drawings

Training:

Metal Fabricator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

You will work towards a metal fabricator standard and will sit the end-point assessment Initial training will be at TDR training in Longbenton for 10 weeks Training will take place in the workplace

Training Outcome:
Full-time position may be available to the right candidate upon completion of apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between 9.00am - 5.00pm.
