Nursery Assistant Apprentice
As an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprentice, your day revolves around providing nurturing care and fostering the development of young children. You'll:
Plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, catering to children's individual needs and interests Facilitate play-based learning experiences to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development, encouraging curiosity and exploration Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a nurturing atmosphere for children's growth Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to learning and collaboration Conduct observations and assessments to track children's progress, using this information to inform future planning and provide personalised support Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying updated on best practices in early years education Your typical day as an apprentice will be dynamic and rewarding, filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities for growth as you play a vital role in shaping the futures of young childrenTraining:
The apprentice will have an assigned Educator from Heart of England Training who they will meet with regularly via Teams.

It is hoped but not guaranteed that a full offer of employment can be provided at the end of your apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (option of working at after school club in addition).
