Infrastructure and Security Apprenticeship

Support and resolve network-related tickets across a range of client environments
Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across wired and wireless networks
Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues
Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of networking equipment including switches, routers and firewalls
Support cloud-managed networking infrastructure and security solutions
Assist with network security, patch management and infrastructure updates
Create and maintain technical documentation for client environments and network configurations
Support both reactive incidents and planned project work, gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and business environments

Training Outcome:

Possible full-time position within the company.
