Receptionist and Administration Apprentice

Greeting visitors and managing reception duties
Answering calls and directing enquiries
Supporting administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
Logging maintenance requests and assisting operational teams
Managing emails and incoming/outgoing post
Maintaining confidentiality and following GDPR



Training:

We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our designated training site/campus. These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme.

You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.



Training Outcome:

Progression to undertake another apprenticeship and learn more about other departments

East Midland Homes Cooperative is a Housing Cooperative that was established in 2013. Our base is Nottingham but we serve a wider community. EMHC’s core values are a cooperative approach on tackling social housing issues.

Our members have been working hard within the community hoping to formalise change and make a much-needed difference within the housing sector. EMHC is a Non-for-profit organisation providing affordable rental homes with supported services for disadvantaged families within local communities.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9-5 with a 30 minute paid lunch break
