ICT Apprentice

Monitor the service board and progress accordingly. Provide exceptional service support to the client. Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems. Maintain clear communication with the team and clients. Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required. Ensure all tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made. Escalate issues within the team where necessary

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
