An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in the City. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in West London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings in the West End. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance. 

Hours of work / Information

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pmFoot Mobile - Buildings are all within close proximity of each otherTemporary ongoing



Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsAHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)Control PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsRequirements



Electrically/Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3City & Guilds - 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesMust be available to start ASAP
