Our client are a well-established multi-disciplinary organisation providing one-stop service including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Services, and Structural Engineering advice.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor(MRICS) to join their enthusiastic team and work on a wide range of forthcoming contract projects.

Your work will be principally located in central and greater London dealing mainly with a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties.



Essential:

? They will only consider MRICS Qualified building surveyors who have achieved Chartered status.


Previous experience in most of the below:

? Specification writing and contract administration
? Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports
? Party wall services
? Production of maintenance plans and cost plans
? Fire reinstatement cost assessments
? Schedules of dilapidations
? Licences to alter
