Answers customer queries about existing orders
Resolving customer complaints
Expediting orders to meet monthly invoicing targets
Working with Epicor
Transferring stock between countries
Sending dated order acknowledgements to customers for their orders
Following up and communicating information on call off orders
Working closely with purchasing and sales team
Checking orders to see if stock has arrived and then releasing for stores to despatch
Sending & receiving emails on a daily basis
Cover for other areas in the department for holiday/sick
Speaking to customers on a daily basis
Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
Managing internal and external stakeholders expectations
Training:
1 day per week at Northampton College Booth Lane campus
