Apprentice Hire & Sales Coordinator

This programme covers all the essential skills and principles you will need to become a HSC and you'll learn how to run an effective hire desk, including stock control and purchasing, driving sales and managing customer queries effectively whilst co-ordinating drivers to ensure customers' needs are met You'll also study everything from customer service and sales skills to back office administration and credit control of a high-performing hire desk

Training:
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience

Training Outcome:
After successful completion of Year 1 you will automatically be placed on the National Minimum Wage rate for your age group
