Customer Service Apprentice

Day to day you'll be:

Welcoming customers into the showroom and helping them find what they need Answering phone and email enquiries Helping customers with samples, colour cards and product information Booking in measures and fittings, and keeping customers updated Processing paperwork, quotes and orders accurately Keeping the showroom tidy, well-stocked and presentable Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin

No flooring experience needed -  we'll teach you the product side.

That matters most is attitude.

Carpet Style is a family-run flooring contractor, established in 1981, with three showrooms across the East Midlands. We supply and fit carpet, LVT, vinyl and safety flooring for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, developers and commercial clients. We're a busy, friendly team and our reputation is built on looking after our customers properly — that's where you come in.



Working Hours :
(Saturday working essential, our showroom is busiest at weekends) Shifts to be confirmed.
