Apprentice Construction Inspector L4

You will work alongside Construction Inspectors and Contract Administrators to ensure high-quality project delivery, carrying out site inspections and leading on smaller schemes such as fire door installations and repairs You’ll monitor compliance with building regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements, challenge contractors where needed, and support value-for-money outcomes The role involves regular site reporting, attending project meetings, and assisting with surveys including snagging and defect inspections, with work at height using access equipment as required

Training:
1 day a week at Chichester College
