Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Planning, building, and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and budget pacing Publishing, updating, and maintaining content across the Bower Home Finance and Bower Wealth websites using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Surfer AI, interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Designing and producing digital and print marketing materials such as social media graphics and direct mail pieces using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistency with brand identity Supporting multi-channel marketing activity across paid search, organic search, social media, email, and direct mail, contributing to campaign planning and execution under the direction of the Head of Digital Marketing

Training:
Your training will be delivered in dedicated two-day learning blocks approximately every 4–6 weeks, giving you the opportunity to build your knowledge, develop industry-recognised skills, and apply your learning directly within the business as you progress towards your qualification

Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification

Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
