We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Blackpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team where customer service is at the heart of everything they do. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.   The Role - Managing customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone - Coordinating vehicle bookings and repair schedules - Maintaining courtesy car and recovery driver diaries - Providing customers with regular updates throughout the repair process - Handling administrative duties relating to Bodyshop operations - Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date - Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the repair journey   What We\'re Looking For - Experience within an Accident Repair Centre would be highly advantageous - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Experience using Autoflow would be beneficial, but is not essential   What\'s on Offer? - Salary up to £30,000 per annum - Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Company pension scheme - Stable, long-term career opportunity - Friendly and supportive working environment   Apply Today If you're looking to join a reputable accident repair business that values its staff and offers genuine career stability, we'd love to hear from you.
