Property Litigation Solicitor

We have just been informed of an unmissable opportunity for a confident and committed Property Litigation Solicitor to join an ambitious firm in their Birmingham office.
The energetic, stable law firm have an established and envied reputation in the West Midlands region and hold long term relationships with their clients.
You will have 2 years+ PQE experience, as well as being proactive and highly organised as this role will see you handing a caseload that covers a broad range of matters such as contentious property matters including, boundary and easement disputes, professional negligence, dilapidation claims, contract disputes and landlord and tenant lease renewals, break notice advice, services of notices, telecoms disputes, security of tenure issues and leasehold enfranchisement.


The successful candidate would have a strong work ethic, be keen to take on responsibility and develop the business and hold excellent client care skills.
