CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working across a portfolio of large and well-established commercial estates in South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and experienced AC engineering team covering three sites, where you’ll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of air conditioning and associated building services equipment.
You’ll be joining a supportive and well-structured team environment, with a thorough handover and ongoing support provided across plant, systems, and site procedures. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs and FCUsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliablyComplete routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, testing, and servicing of AC systemsEnsure all works are completed in line with F-Gas regulations and current industry standardsRespond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, minimising downtime where possibleAccurately complete maintenance reports, job sheets, and service documentationWork closely with the wider engineering and site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsIdentify opportunities for system improvements and make recommendations for upgrades or remedial works where requiredPackageSalary up to £50,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm25 days holiday + bank holidaysOvertime opportunities availableCompany van and fuel card providedTravel time paid after 30 minutesOngoing training and developmentClear career progression within a leading FM service providerRequirementsValid and up-to-date F-Gas certificationRelevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Building ServicesProven experience working within the HVAC, FM, or Building Services sectorStrong technical knowledge across a broad range of air conditioning systemsStable work history within a similar maintenance or service engineering roleAbility to work independently and manage your own workload effectivelyGood communication and organisational skills, with a professional and client-focused approachPositive attitude, strong fault-finding ability, and a proactive approach to maintenanceIf this role is of interest, please send your CV to Charlie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information or to be considered.
