A well established and respected Stockport based firm are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy team.
This multi office high street firm have built a strong reputation throughout the Cheshire market for offering high quality, trustworthy legal advice.

Their Residential Conveyancing team have thrived and are now looking to take on two more Residential Conveyancing Lawyers.

Within this role you will –

Run a broad caseload to encompass matters such as
Sales and Purchases
Freehold and Leasehold
New Build Properties
Transfers of Equity
Work closely with the firm’s longstanding client base that spans the local community and the broader Manchester market.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you have been looking to take on good quality conveyancing work within a low volume, traditional environment.
