Delivering excellent customer service and building confidence in dealing with clients Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handling incoming emails and telephone calls from clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Training:

Training Schedule hasn't been agreed. We are flexible. Work based training and on the job learning will be office based. Apprenticeship teaching and learning can be aligned to the apprentices need and preference.



Training Outcome:

May lead onto a fulltime position, for the right candidate.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. No shift work or unsocial hours. No weekend work. Christmas shutdown enforced for three days in Dec 2026. Unpaid Lunch break each day. Hybrid working considered. Flexible on exact start times and working pattern.
