Bricklaying Apprenticeship

Assisting with the preparation of building sites, materials, tools and equipment Learning how to lay bricks, blocks and other building materials to construct walls, foundations and other structures Measuring, setting out and interpreting drawings and specifications Mixing mortar and ensuring materials are used safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with health and safety regulations Working as part of a construction team to complete projects to a high standard

Training:
Bricklayer Level 2 Practical on-site training with your employer Off-the-job training delivered by the training provider/college Regular reviews and support from your assessor and workplace mentor Functional Skills in English and maths (if required, depending on your existing qualifications)

Monday to Friday inclusive, likely to be working between 07:30 and 16:30
